I had booked a flight from mumbai to bali in dec (Pnr : bgcvuy) for an amount of approx 24, 000 inr. The flight was cancelled due to the mt. Agung eruption. The ticket was booked partially by existig credit (16, 000) and partially by debit card (9400).
After the flight cancellation, the credit amount was returned in the form of credit in my air asia account but an amount of 9400 inr was never received in my bank account.
I have been constantly in touch since 3rd dec for my refund, it is not 15th may. They have delayed the process for so long and caused a lot of mental frustration. The service was pathetic. I was assigned agent to agent without any progress. No update has ever been given to be in the past 5 months inspite of several calls. They only promised to arrange a call back which has ever come even once.
I have even complained about the long holding hours (30 mins-1 hour), requesting a direct line and a dedicated customer support but nothing was done. This process is extremely annoying and caused me a lot of time and harassment. Was this information helpful? |
