We took our flight on 28th july from bangalore to Bhubaneswar. Our luggage weight was more than 20kg and i paid twice 1600 in BHIM and the transactions were successful from my side but from your side the transactions were showing timed out and one of your flight attendant said it will come after some time so no need to worry she gave me one reference id. If you will not get your money in case call our customer care and provide the reference id. I paid even 3600 in google pay after the failure of transactions in BHIM.. Now it's 8 days almost.. Your customers support may not working due to covid 19 I can totally understand. Please also show your concern towards your customers or else next time they may not choose your brand it will effect on your goodwill. Word of mouth matters so please solve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible. I complaint in BHIM AND i received one message about the transaction that they were already credited to the merchant account.
