Air Asia — reimbursement fraud

Dear sir,
I have booked air asia refundable flight ticket on 29th of april 2018 through irctc portal and due to some unavoidable circumstances i have cancelled ticket today.
But till not collected any refund by irctc and air asia.
By contacting air asia customer care, i came to know that air asia refunded rs.1028 to booking agent (Ircrc).
But my point is that i should get whole amount as air asia showed me the ticket is refundable.
Please help me to get my 3129 rupees in return.

Updated by vemallika IRCTC mailed me as showing 778 rupees as refundable amount but that also not credited to my acount
