On 6th october i had tried to book an international ticket from Chennai to Jakarta and return to Chennai as a round trip through Airasia official website. After completion of booking details i made payment through HDFC net banking. After entered the OTP for payment, i received an message that " We are unable to process your payment. Please use another card/payment method to complete your booking or contact your bank for detail". My payment INR 50, 288 was deducted from my account. I thought that if ticket not booked the payment will be reversed within 24 hours. So i tried through another payment mode by using my debit card and it was accepted and ticket generated.
Now my payment deducted during my 1st transaction by using netbanking not yet reversed to my account till now. I made complaint with HDFC about this issue and they have given clear reply that the payment as been credited to AirAsia. I tried from 6th October to till date to register complaint in AirAsia but there is no proper guidance to get my money back.
