Hi,
The kind of behavior one of the staff named "meena" (As per i have asked with another member, she was checking the boarding pass before moving to the bus which takes us to flight) was really ridiculous. Her behavior was totally unprofessional and she was literally shouting on all and showing the behavior as if she wants to dictate and thinking she is doing some charity and we were standing and begging.
We have paid for the service, that's why we were standing over there but with this unprofessional behavior i have to rethink thrice to book the ticket with airasia.
I am looking for some positive response on my issue because your staff's behavior forced me to write the complaint. That was really unacceptable.
As well she was trying to humiliate me but when other passengers start shouting on her for her behavior and illogical excuse then she moved away.
Let me know the status of the complaint.
