This mail is in ref. To my pnr: hvyz3p, airasia: i5-740.
I booked a air ticket no. Hvyz3p on 20th feb. 2020 with full advanced payment of rs. 3680.00. For travel on 29th march. 2020 airasia: i5-740. Through happyeasygo.
My flight cancelled due to lockdown. It is very unfortunate that i am still awaiting and struggling to get back my own money (Refund).
I talked many times in happy eassygo customer care but all in vain. After many repeated attempts, they advised me to talk to air asia airlines directly because of due to covid pandemic they are unable to refund. That is against the booking policy and it’s the moral duty of happyeasygo to help the customers and airlines as well.
It’s complete deficiency in service at your part for not processing the refund and this act is the offence of conspiracy punishable under section 120b under indian penal code, sections 420 (Cheating), 406 (Criminal breach of trust) and 34 (Common intention).
I request to please process the refund amount into my original source of account without any delay. Its very much clear that due to covid pandemic, goi has not prohibited or imposed restrictions on any company to process refunds/payments and even instructed that all online channels of payments are operational without restrictions.
