I officially travelled from vizag to bangalore on 9/7/20 thru air asia.in order to claim reimbursement i had been requesting for tax invoice, which i am unable to download due to their system issues (As stated by their customer care to me via email)
Never imagined such poor customer service from a renowned world class airlines.
It's my fate that i paid money and begging for invoice for the past 2 months.
A) till date after dialing and waiting for 4hours on phone, unable to talk to your customer care personnel.
B) tried to chat with customer care person thru ava. Every time submit details & wasted my days in begging for invoice.
C) wrote many emails to your customer support, nodel officer and appellate authority still no use. No one replied.
D) went to your local office at brigade road. Office found closed forever.
E) called airasia office at vizag airport. No proper response.
Hope i need to find legal case thru court could solve my problem. Thanks for teaching me a lesson for lifetime.
