I have booked a ticket from melbourne to kochi and would like to reschedule it. I am unable to modify the ticket from website due to their website's technical glitch as the infant [elaina] added is turning 2 years old for new date. Airasia should remove infant elaina immediately from the booking so that i can reschedule ticket for the adult. I can also book a full adult fare ticket for elaina as well. I have told them that i am ready to forfeit infant charges and have written approval email many times for the same, still no update from airasia.
I have created two complaints [complaint numbers: 35032232, 35034682, 35056267, 35064911, 35360431, 35393836] before and airasia support team asked me to contact airasia through twitter. They have closed both the complaint case numbers without my consent. I was not a twitter user and i created an account for this and there is no response from airasia through twitter as well. I have lodged a new complaint and this is the complaint case number[protected].
