Airasia — pathetic and irresponsible service no refund

Made a booking with pnr r9ztrh, from hyderabad to jaipur. But to covid19 flight got cancelled so rescheduled it to 7th may. Again flight got cancelled then as per the given instructions created big member id.

Submitted the provided form for refund, but there is no confirmation on mobile or email. Tried to reachout customer care but no response. Every day almost 1 hours keep trying to call, connect with ava app but that is also redirecting to contact customer care. So its kind deadlock.

I have raised total 4 cases with my booking r9ztrh. All cases were closed without any resolutions. May i know the reason for that??? R9ztrh • 3

I want the full refund from this booking. Because i have already loosing processing money from makemytrip. So requesting you to please proceed with the refund of actual booking amount.
