Airasia — Refund Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Sandhya Krishna mother of Surabhi Krishna would like to bring to your notice that my daughter doesn't have any bank account as of now. As per your request I shared my account details many times but my issue hasn't been resolved yet. I have been connecting to you through mail and call for last four months. even my daughter's certificate has been also asked for the verification and it has been shared through mail. Inspite of that reference ID[protected], 01211149 and[protected] have been generated and assured that the refund will be reflected in your account within four to five days but couldn't happen. I requested to the customer care person to connect the call to your senior executive but it had ben told that he/she is busy right now and will ontact you within 6 hours but couldn't happen.You are requested to refund in my account as soon as possible.
