Hi team,
Please be informed that i had booked airasia flight (Through goibibo.com) from bagdogra to new delhi (Flight no. I5757, pnr no. E3tdqt) for 1st april, 2020. Due to covid-19, my flight has been auto-cancelled. As discussed with customer service associate over the call, entire money (Rs. 10, 060) will be refunded. Only 3rd party booking charges will be deducted from entire money. (Airasia request no.:[protected]
However, i got a mail from 3rd party ([protected]@goibibo.com) in which they mention refund amount only 1023 out of 10, 060. Showing airline charges : rs. 7671.
Passenger name 1: miss neha parween
Passenger name 2: mr. Md ilyas
Passenger name 3: mrs. Shahanaj begam
I have raised a complaint but ticket number: 49376547 has been closed without any solution.
Can you please help me in this situation and do the needful asap.
