We would like to inform you that as per the records, you had been charged Rs2/- for the Auto Renewal Data pack on a daily activation basis. The data pack has been activated on 18/05/2017 through Tele-calling wherein you had given consent post which the service has been activated on number [protected]. We would like you to know that our concerned team tried calling you on the number [protected] on 29/05/2017 at 3:10 PM to share an update that no discrepancy has been observed in the VAS upselling and charging but the calls went unanswered. The charges are found correct therefore, no waiver is applicable. Further, we have deactivated the service from our end.
