Aircel — Balance deducted without notification and for non-usage

My number is :[protected]. I did recharge on 02/01/2016 and my total main balance as 444.25 INR. I haven't made any calls after that. When I check my balance after 3 days its showing 0.00...when I called customer care they were saying that I called to some number and amount was deducted for that usage. But I haven't made call(why should I need to call customer care and ask about balance deduction for the call which I made). When I ask about the call history details they told me that they will not able to see that(I haven't made any calls. how can they see that in call history details). I called to customer care 2 times. But still them I am not getting refunded for that. I am going to file a legal complaint in court regarding this issue. This is a fraud network. I advise people not to take this fraud network...
