Last saturday (d.[protected] i did an online recharge (rs 193.00) by debit card
But recharge was unsuccessful and balance deducted from bank a/c. according to e-payment guidelines the money will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of transaction (* mark mentioned in screenshot).
It's already been 8 days my money is not refunded yet.

A wrong recharge was done on [protected] insted of [protected] a prepaid number amount Rs 90.00 on 08 Sep 2016 through a retailer .
