False activation of namkeen so please refund
My mobile no is [protected] and at 9:07 a.m. on 11st January, balance of INR 20 Rs deducted from my account on account of false subscription of Namkeen. We have already send to message "STOP" to aircel CC and they messaged that no service called Namkeen is activated on my number but still no support on reversal of balance back to my account. Request you to perform money reversal on priority and we are really very frustrated and such acts are hampering customer perception.
