[Resolved] Aircel — I'm complaining of blocked outgoing calls and text msgs.

Eventhough my number [protected] have main account balance i am not allowed to call or text others including your customer care. But i receive calls n text. Already i have complained and reply was the complain will be solved within 2 days. But nothing happens. Incase of not resolving this problem i have no option.
