Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by AIRCEL. just stop this. My no. [protected]

Every day Rs.2 is been deducted from my aircel account for the service which I have never ever requested .it is surprising that why u people have activated a service which I have never ever requested.u people are trying to find out these ways to earn the extra money n trying to rob people.stop this service at the earliest.

I don't understand when I subscribed to this stupid service named NDAIRPI2 . I don't even know what are its benefits .I just know that from last 5 days daily at 1:00 am Rs.2 is deducting from my balance . Aircel is a big cheat ...why you people subscribe to any service without my permission . I tried many self help numbers to stop it but every time I came to know that I didn't work .Please help me and give my money back its a complete fraud .

      Hello Aircel,

      I got a sms yesterday saying the pocket game got activated at a deduction of Rs. 5.0 for one day. Today I got a sms saying the service got renewed for next 15 days with a deduction of Rs.50. I called the customer care. They were very rough in replying. Finally service got stopped but I did not get the refund. I even not activated the service. The customer care person said the service got renewed so there wont be any refund. I even not renewed the service. Please help me with this else guide me for portability.

      The pocket game got activated on 18th Aug with a deduction of 5 rupees and got renewed again on 19th Aug with a deduction of Rs. 50. Neither I activated nor renewed. I called the help desk too but still I am not getting the refund.Please help me with this.

      I have been already told today by a representative that this wont be refunded. They are saying that the refund is not in their hand and marked the ticket number 1-[protected] as resolved.           Version 1 of Steeling customers money:

          My aircel number [protected] have been charged for Masti clube, Video store, Youthnama, Game clube etc without my knowledge. After fought with Aircel customer care they refunded few. Aircel is Fraudulent and taking the customer money as much as they can.

          Version 2 of Steeling customers money:

          Now they stated steeling the money through rate cutter subscription. my number was subscribe for rate cutter 294 without my consent and was not refunded. if i asked they said USSD code was activated from customer side. even i not got the proper message for subscription of rate cutter from the aircel side.

          Example of fraudulent - i have 303 rupees as balance on 15/8/2016. they subscribe 294 rs rate cutter without my consent. then i have balance of 7 rupees, in that also Aircel took 3 rs for Video club VAS subscription.

          This was happened to most of the customers. many illiterate using Aircel don't know this. All the customers are loosing their money.

                      This is the worst service provided by AIRCEL . First of all, they are deducting my balance every month, soon after recharging .

                      Then after 100th attempt I could reach to them and customer service center is like a fish market and someone can hardly hear their voice .

                      Anyway, after crossing so many hurdles, when I got a chance to speak to customer care executive, they are giving different excuses at different point of time like 'server is down', 'please call after 2 hour', 'senior executive is not available' and every time they are repeating the same thing .

                      They are not even telling why this balance is getting deducted .

                      It seems like AIRCEL business is now so poor, they don't have any other alternative apart from doing this type o[censored]nethical activity to achieve their profit margin.

                      It is getting deducted for last 3 months .I don't remember the date of last 2 deduction, however recently I recharged on 12 th Aug, 2016 and on 17th I noticed my balance became very less . Almost Rs 48 got deducted .

                      There was no message upon deduction .
                      After multiple follow ups, phone calls, email chains AIRCEL provided the call details for last 3 months and these clearly show how they are doing the fraud :

                      This is what I wrote to them, hope you will understand what they did . Request you to please share me the contact number or email address of higher authority of AIRCEL, so that reach to the correct point :

                      Thanks for sharing the call details . Had these details not been shared, we would have not known the way AIRCEL is exploiting their valued customer .
                      Do AIRCEL thing their customer as Stupid ? Let me clarify one thing in the beginning, I am following up on this issue with you guys over last 10-12 days just for Rs 150 .Don't you understand why am I wasting so much time on this just for Rs 150 ? To be very frank, Now I am not at all running after that money, I just want AIRCEL to admit that they have deducted my money in a spiteful way.

                      Let me highlight two areas :

                      in AUG-16 : The customer care representative told that money has been deducted for ISD calling . But the call detail is showing something different :

                      Serial No :46 Date :15-Aug-201621:54 Call Details :SLAB_6-MO Call Duration :21 seconds

                      First of all, it doesn't look like a call, even if it is call, please let me know for which country the call charge is RS 45 for less than a minutes . I know for USA it is Rs.8/minute .Not sure if you will end up telling that I called in Moon .

                      in Jul-16 : After asking repeatedly, I didn't get any answer why my balance was deducted in JUL-16 . But your call detail is showing an interesting fact that, on 10th Jul, I called a number i.e [protected] almost 42 times and each time only 1 second.

                      Does this make any sense ? Even a person who doesn't know anything about mobile wouldn't do this, I am using this mobile and this number for last 13 years and why would someone call the same number 42 times in a day just for 1 second each time . It can't be a mistake right ?

                      Secondly, why every time Rs.1 has been deducted, though I had power activated and all these call were local .


                      Please respond as soon as possible and whoever is handling this request, please provide me your number, so that I can call you instead of writing such big emails .
                      Please don't suggest to call your customer care which is worst in the world .I hope you have understood .

                        I did not get any proper information about the plan changes. I just got an sms saying "as part of standardization ur 3gsmart249 plan will be revised to 3gsmartplan299" which should just rs50 to my usual billing amount, but today i got an sms saying "your total usage (Billed + unbilled) is nearing your credit limit. Please pay rs.2034". This is ridiculous amount. I converted my prepaid to postpaid for rs.199 plan, after sometime they changed it to rs.249 and then now to rs.299. Aircel changes the plan and does not give any explanation about the new plan and send us ridiculous bills.

                        General advice - do not convert your aircel from prepaid to postpaid

He was not gave proper response to me and he spoke very rough to me, I was called on 17/08/2016 at 2.46 pm.                             There are several mistakes they did follow as

                                You have deducted Rs 75 in the name of glamour zone subscriber without my knowledge. So you are requested to return the money. And to deactivate the subscription.Aircel firm is deducting money from the mobile account without any information and permission of the customer. On 18 august you have deducted 75 Rs on account of glamour zone without my permission. And today you have deducted Rs 35 on account of games center automatically without my knowledge. And customer Care No you have mentioned in the website is not responding. Even the deactivation message in stop 155223 not accepting any message. Your automatic customer care care service is in regional language . There is no any option for the people those they are using Hindi and English language. In view of the above you are requested to refund my earlier balance Rs 75 and today's deduction Rs 35 immediately. Otherwise i will file legal case against your firm and lawless service.

                                        27.07.2016 time 09.23 recharged rate cutter 78. After that i had received sms
                                        From dd-aircel on 27.07.2016 time 10.14 "stv 78 recharge successful. Local (A2a 20p/min, a2m 40p/min) val:28 days."

                                        But, the rate cutter validity closed on yesterday 17.08.2016. (21 days used) also i called to aircel customer care yesterday, they told stv 78 validity revised 21 days instead of 28 days.

                                        Yesterday (17.08.2016) also, i had received sms from aircel, recharge with rc78 & enjoy loc [protected]@a 20p/min loc other mob 40p/min for 28 days - aircel.

                                        Which statement is true sms r air customer care statement?

                                        If customer care statement is true, why so far not update in the server?

                                        Hence, kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                        Also, you will extend the 7 days validity for stv 78. Because, so far am not received any revised tariff rate cutter details.
