Dear team,
27.07.2016 time 09.23 recharged rate cutter 78. After that i had received sms
From dd-aircel on 27.07.2016 time 10.14 "stv 78 recharge successful. Local (A2a 20p/min, a2m 40p/min) val:28 days."
But, the rate cutter validity closed on yesterday 17.08.2016. (21 days used) also i called to aircel customer care yesterday, they told stv 78 validity revised 21 days instead of 28 days.
Yesterday (17.08.2016) also, i had received sms from aircel, recharge with rc78 & enjoy loc [protected]@a 20p/min loc other mob 40p/min for 28 days - aircel.
Which statement is true sms r air customer care statement?
If customer care statement is true, why so far not update in the server?
Hence, kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
Also, you will extend the 7 days validity for stv 78. Because, so far am not received any revised tariff rate cutter details.
