[Resolved]  Aircel — need clarity for charge against aadhaar number linking with mobile number at aircel outlet

As advised by you earlier (Refer link for further information "https://www.consumercomplaints.in/aircel-need-clarity-for-charge-against-aadhaa... yesterday i had visited nearest aircel outlet, velur (Pincode-638182) for linking my aadhar with my mobile number. While inquired with shop keeper for linking aadhar they asked me to pay sum of rs.30 per transaction. They told that payment of rs.30/- is compulsory for linking aadhar with mobile number as they are doing regular practice. As per your earlier advice it is not necessary. Why did you fool your customer by giving these kind of advice. As per central government order we are forced to link the aadhar with mobile number, it is not a our wish to do the same. If you are ready to take action against the shop i can disclose the shop details and executive name with you. Otherwise i will move this matter through rti against you as well as central government.

If they again ask money for linking the same means what will be your next action. If i submit the video proof of the same which may happen here after what will be the your decision?. Because i am not yet registered my Aadhar with mobile number. If i go there for linking means he would ask money. if strict action not taken at your end i may proceed with RTI with a copy to Our PM(Mr.Modi).

I[censored] have a option to create the self servicing app for linking Aadhar with mobile number you wont face these kind of issue from your customers. Because most of the Aadhar have a mobile number that can receive the OTP. So the mechanism will be easy. Consider the idea if you have a option.

After giving 10 days time, i couldnt received any proper information from your end. Also frequently i receive message from you that, to register Mobile number with Aadhar. Without solution for above issue how can i do the same. Expecting suitable information against this issue.
