dear sir, I ANJALI SHINDE.Last Monday I had recharged Rs.135 and i got 150 balance, it was promo balance thats why I could not recharge with internet pack, so I do not want this promo balance. Kindly transfer this promo balance in my main account balance. Because I do not know any step to transfer this promo balance into main account balance. I will be always thankfull to you. Iam Mathan . one day back I recharged Rs.119/- on my aircel mobile no [protected] then my balance had been credited as Promo Balance of Rs. 120/- with validity of 28 Days. Sir I do not want this promo balance.Because i cant able to make any calls and any sms with that balance.and while iam checking my balance it shows main balance:null, promobalance1 : null, promobalance2 :120. . I recharged to my Aircel mobile with the one of the they mentioned in their portal like 109 and the pack details will be like 109 full talk time.But after reharge I didnt get the ful talk time the main balance its showing is 0.0.My question is how accurately the Application is working properly.I neeed a clarification from the support team.

I had recharge my account with 135 from paytm. But it has been go to the promo balance... Then I call to the customer care but customer care was not help me...
