Only request I have is to have a transparent communication with customers, so that customers doesnt need to follow up for refunds. Also, please enhance your system to track the refund status online, so that customers will look at that and will reach out to you only if the refund is not happening with in the committed time as per the Airline policy. We love our India and wish Airindia to perform better to match the customer interests. Good Luck. Thank You.
