We have booked the tickets from Bangalore to Kaula lumpur and back.The dates were onward journey on 20th November 2012 from Bangalore to Kaula Lumpur and on 26th November 2012 from KL to Blore. I had paid the money to the travel agent (Vagabondz International Holidays) through RTGS to book the air tickets. The travel agent has booked the Malaysian airlines flight. Amongst us, one of my friend was not able to come to Malaysia. Each ticket cost was Rs. 29000 including Visa charges. Hence I requested the travel agent to cancel his tickets and return the money to my account. Since then the travel agent is telling different stories and giving many dates that the money will be transferred to my account on that date, this date and all. Finally the travel agent has told me that on 10th of January 2013, she is going to deposit the money to me. Till today i didnot get any money form them. This has made me so panic and I cant wait for so many days, because I had borrowed the money from one of my friend where i am paying him the interest for that. Kindly help me out to get my money back.
