We purchased AC during Nov2019. Installation done during Nov2019 and invoice has been checked. We do not receive any call for service till today. We booked compliant today and service person from Airo Fridge Service came and asked for invoice for purchase which we have missed. He asked Rs.1500 if no invoice for purchase. They do not guide us to take duplicate bill. The denied to service. Now we got duplicate bill and booked compliant again. They are informed us to bring tools box from our main gate to our flat.
