Airtel And Jio Network — Network Issue

I bought jio sim but network was working very slow so i ported into airtel but airtel is also not working i have assigned complaints to customer care too many times but they always say it will resolve within some days, but never works internet properly, now recharge plans are increased what is the benifit of recharge when i can't use internet properly please do something about it.
