I have broadband account with airtel no #[protected], for that I m unable to create "online My account", I have not able to receive any OTP either to my mobile or email id. I have submitted and called customer care service several times but no one didn't responded back with proper solution. They are caring about payment but not providing the full services to customer. Please consider this request as high priority and pls do needful.

Thanks for responding quickly.. I am getting so many calls which are disturbing me a lot.

Sales person told me that I can avail free service for 3 months but as per the bill it was charged but those 3 months also.. when I asked customer care executive they didnt care about the issue and told that they didn't care about the wrong comittment by sales person. It looks really unfair for me so please do the needful.

    I want to resister a complaint against Aitel for Illigal Business Practices.

    On 18th of Dec I requested to activate GPRS one of my airtel number [protected]. I paid all my dues on the same date as I pay as usual.
    They are looting extra charges, although I have a GPRS 125/- plan.
    Extra charges in Jan 2014 was 250 and in Feb was 743. though they arranged a small reversal around 500/- after wasting my whole month's valuable time.
    I'm struggling with Airtel since last two months. But these airtel guys didn't listened to me and till now no resolution provided by airtel.
    It’s an shame that Bharthi Airtel does not have a proper escalation matrix nor proper response to the customers.
    I have all documentary proofs, neither they sent any intimation of extra uses nor their system reverted back of my SMS DATA USE to 121. airtel auto reply of this sms attached with this email.

    I couldn't see my data uses due to Airtel's system error. Than why should I bear the hit, it’s totally Airtel's fault or possibly could say FRAUD!!.


    I talked with airtel guy Ranjith Kumar Reddy, Komal, Ankita, Nitesh, Kunal so and so... long list on dated 8th Jan 2014 to till date and thier commitment was" such blunders will not happen again" than why I'm still facing the same.
    Every time I'm getting a call from a different airtel guy and they are doing same exercise. It took my 30-45 minutes every time to explain the matter to them which is very pathetic.


    I, as a customer is extremely disappointed that such a reputed company like Airtel is not as prompt in refunding the money as it is in taking. I am going through such an ordeal to get back the money I so rightly deserve I wonder what happens when bigger amounts are involved. It is sad that when our payments are delayed even by a day we are bombarded with calls and when it comes to refunding there is no sense of responsibility or ethics!
    Hope some responsible executive at this stage at least wakes up and response to me with satisfactory solution ASAP.

      I called Airtel Customer care number and cancelled my Airtel 3G dongle([protected]) on 25th January, 2014(4.30 PM) itself. Customer care representative responded that the cancellation is confirmed and the usage amount till that date was Rs.136.Since security deposit Rs.500 is there, they would deduct Rs.136 from Rs.500. He further replied that he would send remaining amount by cheque to my address.Since I needed to travel to US next day I completed the process.But I received a mail on 22nd February for the period 20-Jan-2014 to 19-Feb-2014, asking me to pay full amount Rs.955.06.I sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Customer care person called Varsha replied that i have to pay the full amount and they will cancel it now.Is Airtel Customer care number a big joke? Airtel is doing this purposely to generate revenues.They won't check details even.Please mail me for the further follow up ([protected]@gmail.com).(I am currently in US and don't use my India number). Airtel - Escalate this issue or close down your customer care number.

        I just received sms from AZ-ARWTRC - "Eff. 9-Mar-14, rent for airtel digitalTV ID [protected] will be revised to Rs 235/month with addition of Rishtey, Movies OK, Sony Mix, Nick Jr, Discovery Kids&Sonic" - I never requested these channel I don't want subscription of these channel. This is happening second time Airtel increasing rent as per their will. Idea behind set top box is "pay as you need" I don't want this stupid channel Airtel forcing me to subscribe these stupid channels with increased rent. I don't need these channels I don't want any change in the subscriptions.

            I deposited security amount of INR 3000 for activation of International Roaming on July, 2013 and the same has been de- activated on 27/12/2013 and I have asked for refund of my security deposit to Airtel on 27/12/2013. But I still today, I did not receive my money. Airtel is giving excuses that my residence is closed whenever they want to deliver my cheque. However, I am or my spouse/ parents are always there at same address. One more thing, all others correspondences of mine like postal/other couriers except Airtel refund cheque, I am receiving at the same address at any time. So, Matter is not solved. Then I asked them to inform their office address from where I can collect my cheque but their answer is that as per Airtel Internal System, this option is not possible. Then I asked them, please deliver this cheque to my office address, this option also they have refused. Then I have understood that Airtel want to digest this money. Hence, who are reading my blog, please be careful whenever you are choosing any telecoms company just like Airtel in this case and be careful to deposit any money as they will never refund back this.               Hi, I am really disappointed with the service from airtel customer care. I submitted the required documents on[protected] at Palarivattom Airtel Office to port from Tata Indicom CDMA number to Airtel. From[protected] morning my Tata indicom connection got disconnected( No incoming and outgoing was possible) and I realized i need to start using Airtel Sim now. I completed Tele verification by calling 59059 and they confirmed like i can make calls after 15 minutes. But i was only able to receive calls not able to make outgoing calls until now. I contacted customer care later on[protected] evening - approximate to 4.00 PM) They mentioned like there is some fault in system and hence the televerification completion was not updated in their system to make out going calls. But they confirmed like since it was already completed from my side i may not be able to make televerification again. They ask me to wait for 24 hours since this cannot be handled by customer care and tomorrow is sunday :( . It was one of the finest reason one can get for not able to make calls. I waited for 48 hours now until now the issue was not solved. In between i contacted many times each time they wil l say it will be transferred to senior department but of no use. From today onwards they started calling to my number and telling like since we are contacting them for the same issue multiple times they are not going to fix the problem. That communication came from the listed number ( +91 [protected]). The kind of communication he gave reveals the poor strategy which they can shouw if they are not able to solve the issue. By the way I already send complaint email to Keral circle Nodal officer but of no use. I should say it was one of my biggest mistake to port towards Airtel. I am not sure what will be the outcome but i am planning to go to the nodal office right away.

              I have port my no [protected] from bsnl to airtel it ported on 13.10.15 at 23.31 hrs, after that i have charged Rs.130/- on 14.10.15, though it charges successfully but shows nil balance. as per advice of customer care, I have attend at Airtel relationship center at chiriamore, barrackpore, W.B. As per their advice i wait for 2 days, then successfully charged Rs.62/- and Rs.1/-on 17.10.15 further, it shows through sms talk time for Rs.62/- and validity for 90 days . but still i can't able for any outgoing calls, I further attend Airtel Relationship centre today i, e. 19.10.15 but they just advised me for waiting, it ported 7 days past, but no outgoing calls can be made. i think is is my blunder to part in airtel. in this festive session i am communication less.

On mailing the customer care of Airtel, they have replied saying they are unable to credit. Kindly help in solving this problem and credit the amount of Rs 200 to [protected] at the earliest.                     What are the minimum condition to revert to the original life time expiry date from the temporary expiry date on account of 60 days inactivity for Airtel prepaid life time mobile.                             Dear Airtel, I am writing this message your Customer Care Team has failed to services my request. For Airtel Account No : [protected][4G LTE Connection], which was taken on 8th of Feb, there is Wrong Bill that has been generated. As my connection is on 2 Month Advance Rental Plan of 2999, The Bill Generation at this moment is irrelevant and is void. I would request Airtel Team to Look into this strictly and provide my the proper resolution this time. Below is the Brief History of the Complaint and Problem that I have face since i have taken the Connection : 1. My Connection was activated with Rs 650 Plan[3GB] Instead of 2999 Plan. 2. Had to Log Multiple Service Request to resolved this issue; and After Continuous Followup of 1 week with Airtel Team[Rajeev ; Mb No. [protected]], it was rectified to proper plan. 3. But, Plan was again wrongly updated back to 30GB Plan after 2 days post rectification. 4. Again Need to Log SR to rectified it proper Plan[SR is 55166331] 5. Post log of later SR[55166331], My Plan is updated properly, but there is a also a wrong Bill Generation 3782.77 immediately after the updation of Plan. In reference to this, I have contacted Airtel Customer Care, namely Sunil and Rajeshekar, but they had objected me to take any SR against this asking me to wait for 24 hrs inspite of the fact that there is a problem in the Bill, and also denied me on transferring call to their Managers saying that there are no Manager at the floor at that time and they are operating without any Manager and Supervisor. So, Airtel Team, I reminding with this message to your Team that, Customer pay money for the service; and if the service is not good and do give value for their customer, that organization will never flourished. I am attaching the snapshot of my bill and the Application with this complaint.

                              I just received sms from AZ-ARWTRC - "Eff. 9-Mar-14, rent for airtel digitalTV ID [protected] will be revised to Rs 235/month with addition of Rishtey, Movies OK, Sony Mix, Nick Jr, Discovery Kids&Sonic" - I never requested these channel I don't want subscription of these channel. This is happening second time Airtel increasing rent as per their will. Idea behind set top box is "pay as you need" I don't want this stupid channel Airtel forcing me to subscribe these stupid channels with increased rent. I don't need these channels I don't want any change in the subscriptions.

                              Thanks for quick response though what was shared is option it’s not resolution. I explored airtel.in/myaccount, my question is if I already selected my requirement why should I do it again? Selecting individual channels will take lot of time and my time is precious. My expectations are very simple I don't want addition of any new channel(Rishtey, Movies OK, Sony Mix, Nick Jr, Discovery Kids&Sonic) since no channels are added to my subscription hence on cost burden on Airtel and there will be on change in rent.

                              Finally without proper resolution Airtel dth change my monthly subscription that too without notification. They increased monthly rental unsubscribe English new channel all without informing me. A live example of how Airtel cheats customer. Once you purchase Airtel service or product you have only 2 options pay what they demand or opt out.

                                  hi this s shalini Just 2 months back i took post paid connection into this nu [protected]... im not at all happy with the servie, 1st month i got a bill 2800 Rs and my call charge is 35rs and rest the of the amount they charged for message according to my plan 200 sms free but i haven't utilise the sms facility.. but customer care blaming i send 3500 sms i send to one number, but i havent send the sms but still i paid the bill, again this month i got a bill 3500Rs same reason my call charge is 42 and rest of the a, amount they charged for sms again this month i send 4800 sms to same number how it is possible, seriously im very pissed off there is no proper clarification regarding my bill they suspended my incoming & outgoing calls... please solve my issue.

                                    I had by mistake recharged a different number online [protected]. My number is [protected]. The cust.care person at Airtel said that there is no way to get it back. However he explained about a seeking money option to get back the amount from that account as a gift. However its is not working. I called up the other person and he seems to be unwilling to give back the amount. How do I get the money from the other phone account?

This has come under some dedicated balance which i cannot access. i never asked for this dedicated balance neither they told me. Can this be transferred into main a/c ?
