Dear sir/mam,

Myself basant kumar chakravortty working in dainik jagran group in ranchi. I am using airtel postpaid connection [protected], but due to poor customer resonances/tariff related issue/wrong billing therefore i want ot migrate it from postpaid to prepaid, regarding this issue i had visited several times at airtel store and also given written email for the same but airtel denied to accept therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.

I took it to my nearest where we purchased but madam who behave me in rough words mob no. Is [protected] and say to replace it from another office. But there airtel office not any work so i call no.[protected] for 2 hours but she didn't any reply. At last after 2 hours i back to sunder nagar and tell about. But she talk me roughly words. So i stopped my number

    Requested for a change in services from post paid to prepaid.
    request pending since 8July
    have been running from pillar to post yet no avail
    everyday i ring up the customer care only to be given false assurances
    that my complaint would be resolved in 24hours
    the airtel store here doesnt cooperate
    3G & 4G Service is not available in this area for the last 10 days I have contacted costemer care executives but result is nothing. It is total violence of consumer care act when you are taking charges of 3G & 4G Service without providing concerned Service.
    My wife using Airtel sim from last 5-6 year . Now she got msg to submit aadhar card which is already submitted . We have done recharge of 499 last month since till date net not working should we take another sim . Please help .

      My number got ported out from other network to airtel in 22 july but still my sim is still not activated when i call customer care there are some technical issue but they are not specifying anything so please take necessary action airtel for cheating a customer and when i call today they are telling it will take 48 hours more.

        I have been using airtel postpaid with corporate offer amounts to 499 and extra 18% tax being charged. For month of july 2017, i have received a bill of 1092/-. I called airtel customer care multiple times (1st, 5th, 11th, 22nd, 25th, 29th, 30th, 31st) in month of july. They say extra charged due to some unwanted services they activated+its tax+late payment fee.

        1. I haven't activated those special services. Why were these added?
        2. I have been calling airtel from 1st day of july, why was i charged late payment fee?

        During all these calls, they say they will waive all extra charges and adjust bill to original plan with taxes. Till date (31st july 2017), no such adjustment happened. I am loosing my peace of mind over these irresponsible customer care operators. They don't correct their mistakes and shout at me when ever i call them. It is true that i lost control while talking to them during recent calls during last few calls but my problem is such that, i don't get this waiver, i don't pay bill. I actually want to pay the bill and walk of this hellish network (No signals, no respect, no peace of mind) to other provider but they are not letting me to.

        If anybody who can listen to my call for help please help me.

            Previously when i complaint against slow net they contact me and said that i have to replace sim for which airtel store charged 30₹ i have done all things but problem is still there
            They are neither solving nor telling the issue their consumer representative are not giving proper reply
            So strict action towards airtel should be taken its almost 20 days but problem is still there

              Whereas porting from any service provider to any service provider is available
              And he has done my porting into airtel postpaid whereas i want to port in prepaid

                When i request port on my airtel mobile number, i got a call from airtel (On june 27) and they provide offer of 399 with the benifits of daily 1gb and unlimited calls for 84days, but after recharging (On june 29th) it shows as validity of 28days. When i called on that day to the customer they told me as the offer reduced to 70days,, i accepted even that, and gave me the promise as there is no problem offer automatically update to 70days i.. E. Sep 6th... But from july 26th offer is not working. When i contacted airtel the executive saying offer is having upto sep6th, but not working. But airtel supervisor saying u dont have any offer why u recharged, u dont have offer upto sep6th your offer is expired... Now again they are providing/promising same offer today when i requested port. How much this is correct and i want justice on this issue

                      I am adding the ref no. Of the discussion i had with one of the airtel rep - [protected].

                      They were supposed to minus 200 rs from my account and mentioned this will reflect in the next bill. Bill was generated and i received it in my email account and was charged the same amount i spoke to mr. Viplav he promised this will reflect in the next cycle.                         Hi, i have upgraded new internet dth box. I got a message stating since change in package box maintenance cover is withdrawn. I got a new box and you should provide maintenance free. Solve the issue. I tried calling 12150 and 44448080 line is disconnected the moment i press 2. No one from airtel called me to solve the issue. For the new box i need warranty for the same.

They are charging unnecessary amount which i didn't use.in the same month i have requested on 19th of july for call back from manager but i didn't receive any call still they are charging 100rps late fee charges from my account.
                          I called to airtel customer care service, my call get connected chandigarh call centre the agent was ramesh pawar i requested to transfer this call to his manager...

                            I got recharge Rs.399.00 on dated 26.07.17 Trans ID [protected]. with 1GB/day 4GB/3G for 4G HS & unlimited all local & std calls. I used internet only for two days. After that there is no availabity of that plan. When i use internet it deducts charges from my balance.

                              Good morning

                              I requested for a postpaid connection online. The sim was delivered to me and also i got a call to choose the number.

                              Airtel representative took 250 rs in advance and said your number will be activated within 24 hours.

                              Now. It's been 3 days and there is no response from anywhere. I can't find a way to talk to customer care representative because the customer care number has automated reply and there is no option to talk to someone in person.

                              My allotted number is: [protected]. Please do the needful.

                              I expect a positive response from this or i have to believe it's a bad management and have to rethink about my other airtel dth and broadband subscriptions.

                                I have a prepaid airtel connection [protected].

                                I got the offer of rs 399.
                                I did the recharge from airtel app on 31st july 2017.
                                And i got the message as "your 399 bill has been processed".
                                Mine connection is prepaid, so, how i can get a postpaid payment bill.
                                My money got deducted from my bank for rs 399, and i got nothing.

                                Again i recharged with rs 399 on 31st july 2017, this time result came as "transaction failed"
                                And again money got deducted.

                                So, i had a total loss of 399+399 = rs 798

                                I called so many times to customer care, but airtel do not provide any easy option to talk to their customer care. Nothing is transparent in airtel.
                                I am fed up of its fake services and offers.

                                I want my money back.

                                    Dear sir we haven't found airtel 3g / 4g network till date. I informed lots of time through airtel open network. But neither any reply nor the issue has been solved.in this era we are compelled to use 2g network at our location.. Kindly inform us if any chance is there. Otherwise we have to switch over to another network. I have already 4 connection of airtel in my family. But this is not my own problem this is the problem of entire locality. The airtel network is just 200 meters away from my home but no any advantage..
