Aishpra Jewellery, Golghar — extra charge on card transaction

Hi team,

I went for shopping to aishpra jwellers, golghar on 17/10/2017 and when i asked to take my credit card for transaction, they were asking extra 2%.
As we know our pm in encouraging us to do digital payment but still people are charging extra if we are using card. Same thing happened in gorakhpur tvs, basharatpur. They also asked 1.5% extra, please suggest if it valid to charge extra or please take action against them. I do not have any proof with me cause i didn't use my card for payment.
