My mother, brother in law, mother in law and i, had paid 7 lakhs each for the new county property in bangalore mysore road in 2007. There are about 60 people who had paid for it. Since the approval was not coming through, many of them. Opted out of the plan. Only 20, 000/- was refunded and till date there is no clue of what is happening. We hear there is a criminal proceeding against the management.
Can anyone help us with further details? We are based out of chennai and are not able to visit their office for further information
We can join hands with others with similar complaint to get the money back.
