Aitrel Postpaid Bill Payment — Payment done but amount not deducted in my airtel no

Dear Sir,

I made payment for AIRTEL postpaid bill (Account no.[protected]) on 28/01/2016 through Paytm (transaction id is [protected]). I got successful payment SMS too from Paytm. Although I never got SMS from AIRTEL that they received the amount and could see on their site that payment is not received yet.

I did payment using mobile number [protected].

Please do a favor of mine and either process the payment to AIRTEL or refund the amount in my bank account.

Please take it as urgent task as last payment day is arriving.
