Dear Sir
I purchased an Orpat Element Fan Heater:OEH-1250 in the month of February, 2014. The service centre of Orpat (Authorized Orpat Service Centre, Kharmanchak, Bhagalpur, Bihar Tel.No.:[protected] says that they will not service any product purchased online.
I am completely disappointed with the way service centre is treating product purchased from Amazon. They say that I will have to pay for it. The copy of the invoice from Amazon is attached herewith. Amazon says that the service centre should honour the warranty from Amazon but they are not doing that not are they providing a written confirmation on this.
Looking forward to your early reply on this issue otherwise I will be forced to take strict legal action against Orpat and Amazon.
