[Resolved] Ajay Goods Carrier / Agc Packers Movers — Total delay on bike transportation and delivery and no solution for 9 days

I have paid this company the full amount to transport my bike from Pune to Bangalore. They said it will take 3-4 days and today is the 9th day and no one can tell me where is my bike. They have used all excuses saying the vehicle left Pune late, there was a breakdown on the way, the weather is bad, me delivery address is too far. I have waited for days and called them 100 times and more and not got an answer as to where is my bike and when it will be delivered. I have faced mental harassment from them and wasted 2 whole days waiting on the side of the road as they keep saying that the bike is just 2 hours away. The owner knows nothing about the location of the bike and pretends to be as angry at me at the sales person who I am in contact with. I have wasted money traveling in cabs for 6 days and my time just waiting for a delivery. They still don't know where is my bike and this is a robbery of my property and money.

My bike has reached today. But my 2 other items - the helmet and handle bar are yet to reach me. The company has assured me it will reach soon and I will wait and watch what happens. UPDATE on 21 July - My helmet and handle have still not reached me. I was told it will reach me in 3-4 days after 5th July, today it has been 16 days and there is nothing. I have paid for these items to be shipped and there is no sign of them. For me this is a loss of property, loss of money paid for shipping and loss of money spent due to these items not being given back to me. There is zero responsibility from this company towards their customers.
