The defects / cleaning of the glass n poor quality of job were informed to your executive on several occasions. Your executive n the concerned contractor already visited, but without any positive result.

Inspite of my repeated requests, my defects are not rectified so far

Moreover, your executive did not hand over the completion certificate so far.

In view of the above, I would request your intervention in the matter n solve my problem immediately without any follow up from my side any further.
