Dear sir, bill no.[protected], kno no. [protected] wrong bill generated without taking meter reading.Total rs. 6531 / - i have received bill without meter reading for last 19 months &i have paid upto 20th july 2015.Now last weak i have received a massage water bill rs. 1097 / - up to 20th sep 2015, after that i have discuss the water department the will immediately revised and the meter reading has mention 507 & the bill amount is rs. 1114 / - .The honorable chife minister govt has been declared daily 700l free for delhi people and we all total two person & two kids living this floor.There is no bill will come as per govt deceleration how & why it has been raised bill, how ever the govt dues i have paid ones rs 6531 / - .After 2 months pass the bill has charged rs. 1114 / - where is the free water gone.One thing please instruct receiving telephone the water office concern employee member wzi / 325 / , area code:a - 49 / janak puri old wcn: tel no.[protected] nobody are bother to pick up the phone office i would like to draw your kind attention that we are only two person living at 1st floor of premises c - 510, galli no. 44, mahaveer enclave part - iii, uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059. As per new rules 700l water per day free water given by jal board but my uses less then 600l why bill sending again again please send the correct bill with proper meter reading & weaver the paid amount.
