We bought vacuum cleaner from them along with few other products.
When we opened it at home we saw it was broken and we brought it back to shop.
The owner refused to replace or refund for it saying we have broken it and brought it to them.
After saying multiple time they still didn't agree so at the end we left the broken vacuum cleaner at the shop and left. Was this information helpful? |
