I have regularly been making payment of my electricity bills through online but today, when i proceeded to make the payment through sso. Rajasthan, i was getting a message - "bill is not generated or bill details are not available", whereas the physical copy of the bills has been delivered to me at my home. I have tried to make payment thorough billdesk and paytm as well but there also i am getting similar messages.
Then, i spoke to a emitra, who has also informed me about non working of the ajmer vidyut vitran nigam ltd. (Avvnl) website, hence he has also not accepted the payment.
Today being last day and it shall attract, as per bill, fine, if not paid on or before the due date.
Under these circumstances, what a poor consumer should do for suchissues?
Hope, someone shall respond and provide the consumer friendly solutions as i have tried to contact on the landline as well as on cell number of the avvnl of my area but i am sorry, those phone numbers seems to be only for fancy and showpieces as none of the number was picked up by the executives in avvnl.
