I had experience of overcharging by the AJS caterers in train 12077 operating on behalf of IRCTC. He was charging 50 Rs for a cool drink which had an MRP of 45. When I noticed this and asked he did not even bother to reply. He just walked away with the money giving harsh look. Will IRCTC take action against this caterer? Was this information helpful? |
