I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the air conditioner (AC) I purchased from [Company Name] a few years ago. Despite being under warranty, the product has consistently failed to provide adequate cooling for a single room.
I have repeatedly contacted the company regarding this issue, and instead of offering a viable solution, they have consistently sent technicians who are unable to identify the root cause. The technicians have resorted to baseless explanations, such as blaming the cooling issues on not using the AC for a few days, which seems both unfounded and unprofessional.
I would like to bring to your attention that my AC is well within its warranty period, and the company's refusal to acknowledge the defect and provide a replacement is both disheartening and a violation of consumer rights.
I kindly request your intervention to ensure that the company addresses this matter promptly. I believe that a replacement of the defective product with a new and functional unit is a fair resolution, given the ongoing issues and the extended duration of the problem.
