Akash Ganga Courier — Documents not delivered yet to consignee

I have send documents through akash ganga courier dt 10/07/2015 with no.60095700 but it is not delivered yet to consignee "M/S NEW NOOR AGENCIES " "NOORANI MANZIL, JAMUNA GALI, ASHOK RAJPATH, PATNA ([protected])" booked by "VIKASH KESHRI, KAMLA MARKET, CHITRA TOLI ROAD ARRAH."([protected]) According to the Patna office documents delivered to the consignee but according to consignee he is not recd documents till dt 19/07/2015.Also according to vikash the documents reached to the consingee.It is informed that the packet some important documents .
