I am trying to get my mobile number reactivated with Airtel. As per TRAI rules, i came to know that there is a 15 days grace time to reactivate it on the same SIM. I called Customer Care support but there is not much help. Since I am abroad, I asked my brother to visit the Airtel Store and get it reactivated by submitting the document. They were so unprofessional in dealing with customers in first place and they sold the SIM as postpaid within 15 days of grace time i have. The Airtel Store i am dealing with is in Anna Nagar, Madurai(Manager - Jagedesan). Would you be able to help with this.
I am so frustrated talking with Customer Care support of Airtel. Even a 5 year old can give better answer than this support people employed here. Was this information helpful? |
