I ordered a saree worth Rs 2010 from wildcraft (shipment no: 194436, order ID:[protected]. The order was delivered on 2nd October 2020. The same day I tried to return the product as the product is of poor quality. After following all the steps to return the product through the website it says an error occurred please try again later. I have tried to reach customer care via the number provided on the website, but the calls remained unresponsive.
I have written several emails to the website, where they have asked for my account details but the action was never taken after providing all the details. Kindly help me to return the product and get my money refunded.
