I have received laptop, monitor and business multimedia keyboard from dell through blue dart courier on 08/02/2018 - dell order number[protected]. The key board was damaged and was not operateable and i immediately informed to their sales person based at bangalore mr. Ravi - mobile - [protected]. He asked me to send photos of the key board which i did immediately. Till 7th april there was no reply only assurance that they will solve the issue. Late he asked me to contact and lodge a complaint on [protected]. On raising the complaint i was given [protected] as complaint number and they will speak to factory and clear the issue. They will be mailing me details and i was to attach the photos of key board. But i did not receive the mail. I again put up a complaint online on their web site but there has been no response on this issue.
I am unable to use the monitor with my laptop. Please advice me on this issue. I have patiently followed up for nearly 2 months and not been able to use the monitor.
