The copy of a letter is given below, wherein the problem has been explained in detail. The matter has also been discussed in detail with the representative of cil. But, till date, both the parties are keeping their silence very smartly on the issue and as such, your assistance is being sought for breaking the icy silence & extending a shock wave they deserve by their callous inaction.

Mrs. Madhumita datta, wife of sri subhankar datta, who has been undergoing the treatment since 22.03.2018 for her gall-bladder operation, under dr. Sushil kr. Jhun jhunwala, got admitted at kothari medical centre, alipore road, kolkata – 27 on 02.05.2018 for her operation, scheduled to be conducted by dr. Sushil kr. Jhun jhunwala on the same day i. E. On 02.05.2018.
During the course of treatment, some medical tests were suggested by the concerned doctor and accordingly, as per your rules & as suggested by your corporate (Coal india limited) help desk, advance payment of rs.14, 660/= (Rupees fourteen thousand six hundred sixty) was made and the tests were also conducted.
In the meantime, the undersigned came to know that the amount, as mentioned above, should have been as per the special rates (Cgs rates), which are much less than the amount actually paid.
As such, you are requested for arranging immediate refund of the excess amount paid.

Note : please also note that i am a sr. Citizen (Age : 64+) & retired official of cil and have been maintaining my family with a very meagre amount of pension (Rs. 28, 272/= only) per month.
