Myself Shiv Kumar had purchased a Haier washing machine Fully automatic
On date 20/3/2021 at eplatinum out let New kondli delhi, last 15 December
I had registered a complaint of washing machine at Haier customer care as well as wts up Haier service no, many times
Follow up, Technician had visited at my
Home to told us a technical part (PCB ) became damaged then he had gone .
After long conversation nd many complaints he had again visited with PCB but at that he told that wrong PCB
Received from company store, then again had gone like many times effort again came nd fitted PCB board in washing machine latter evening next day early morning my wife again called me that washing machine not working again then I had called up Technician, now again he visited after two days many times followed him, again he declared pcb problem thus till now
Became one and half month to followed the. Even I had mailed to Haier company, but now that condition
No body ready to hear my problem
Nd not responding me, after all efforts
I am writing to you,
Pls help me to get my solution .
