I was falsely sold a travel membership by jukaso journeys and i cancelled it the immediate day and they promised to refund my money (60k) in writing..
But now they are denying to refund the amount.
I have there promise to refund the money in writing and also has a lot of email with no response and their denial for many months.
I am ready to even go to consumer court if that is required..
Let me know, what help can you provide in this matter.
There are a lot of other complaints against them and seems they are total frauds looting a lot of customer around the places.
