I'm facing issue with my paytm account. So paytm asking me for SIM activation date proof(should be signed and stamped)with details
1. Name
2. Activation date
3. Mobile number
i visit jio center but they denied because of 3-4 month of number deactivation that's why i only ask paytm to send or verify by E mail ID or bank a/c details
my jio sim [protected](deactivated by jio) and i want to transfer amount to my other paytm a/c [protected]
i have registered e mail id (which is also attach to [protected])
i have screen shot of mobile recharge
i have adhar card
i have recharge date details with screenshot
i request to paytm to send money to a/c or paytm a/c or if not possible then send otp or reset password link to registered E mail ID please help me in this covid time
