From past 2 years i am facing network connectivity issue in my area, and it is totally a urban area just 15 kms from thane, for the first month i literally did a 100 calls to company about my complaint they just gave me one reply “ we are trying to resolve your issues “ its now been 2 years since im facing this issue, and during this pandemic situation when online lectures are conducted i have to take my parent’s hotspot for joining online lectures, even their 3g is faster than my jio 4g, please look into this matter Was this information helpful? |
