My complaint is regarding the order ID: ********* (Lenovo ideapad Slim 3 10th Gen Intel Core i3 15.6" laptop)
Order placed on 18th Aug 2021
Delivered on 21st Aug 2021
Issue in the Product:
Completely damaged and not at all in a good condition.

Details of my interaction with the customer care:
21st Aug - I was assured by the customer care agent that my replacement will be initiated within the next 24 hours.
22nd Aug - I got to know that no such request for replacement has been raised and I spent almost an hour connecting with customer care AGAIN. My calls were transferred from one agent to the other but no one gave any solution.
On 27th aug 2021 i received a mail stating they have delivered me undamaged product so they wont replace or refund it. How could they know they have delivered undamaged product. Its the customer who opens it and will tell whether its damaged ir not. They have denied to make refund and doing continuous mental harassment.
This kind of behaviour and service is highly unlikely and unexpected from such a reputed brand. I need full refund from. Please help me i am financially poor person. With my hard earnings i purchased this laptop and aa soon as i opened it at the time of delivery, i registered complaint with amazon.
