From jan, 2018 till 02/08/2018 airtel had deducted following amount from my main balance :-
1. Faith service - rs 35/-
2. Movie mazaa - rs 99/-
3. Gamebar - rs 35/-
4. Funzone - rs 35/-
5. Kidszone - rs 35/-
6. Mastipack - rs 49/-
7. Mastipack - rs 49/-
8. Healthyou - rs 35/-
9. Unknown reasons - rs 50/-
10. Myplex tv - rs 75/-
Total. - rs 497
Airtel without ant rhymth or reasons had deducted the above from my main account balance for offering the above services. Though i had requested to stop these services to airtel via messages but till date airtel have not refunded the deducted amount.
I hereby appeal before your condumer forum to help me the airtel to refund rs 497/- (Deducted amount) in my account for the ends of juctice. Was this information helpful? |
