I know it is not my mistake to trust on you & your product.
Bcuz, you are part of our family since 7-8 year, every time we understand you as a family member, as well as we recommended to our each & every person either they are in our relations or friends circle that purchase the videocon products with trust & confidently...
But right now, you are not able to provide that service as you provide earlier & there is no co-ordination in between consumer & your company.
Your dealer in jalandhar is not entertaining my regular complaints for my new videocon led.
When we call in call center, they put the call on hold till 15 to 20 min. They are not showing any seriousness to the customer complaint.
After 10-11 times now, it is my 12th complaint to company in last 7 months.
