Akosha.com — wrong product delivered by paytm

I ordered a ddr3 ram of rs 2150.. But paytm send me a memory card
And they are refusing to return my money or even replace the item
I contact to paytm customer care center but they told me that you have unbox your consignment so this will not be refunded at any cost
I think the item was exchanged by courier side..
The amount is big for me.
Sir please see this issue

I ordered Libero Open diapers 160 count, on 1march 2018. They have to deliver it within 15th march 2018 as per the rules. When i contacted the customer care, they are behaving in irresponsible manner. Amazon.in is cheating me. When i further asked they say it will be delivered on 20 match 2018. Amazon.in is a fraud company. I need my order.
