Full description of incident: i have recharged my airtel digital tv 6 month subscription with rs 3251 on 28th august based on offer displaying in my account which is showing recharge for rs 3251 for 6 month and 30 days free. Kindly refer screen shot in attached word document.
However after my call with your customer care executive he mentioned that offer is no more valid. I regret to mention that this is something a customer cannot expect from brand like airtel. Its a misleading information displayed on customer account and even the recharge is also completed successfully without showing any message if in any case offer is withdrawn.
Also instead of rs 3251 they have charged 3361 plus not getting benefit of 30 days extra as per the offer.
My recharge of rs 3251 is purely based on information shown in my account and i would expect the same benefit. My request you to please help in resolving this conflict with airtel as i am chasing with them more the 2 weeks and have not received any solution on this matter. Every time when i follow up they simply said that your complaint is forwarded to concerned department.
